Dear Customers,
As many of us in Glastonbury are aware, the annual Festival is often a week where local shops may close.
Simon and Ray will again be working at the festival with the Children’s World charity, we also have staff who will be taking annual leave to attend the festivities.
Despite the pressure on staff the week of the festival, Zen Computer Shop will remain open except for Saturday 29th June.
**** We are short staffed for the week commencing Monday 24th June ****
The impact will be as follows:
Shop Retail Customers:
- Please be patient if calling our shop on the phone, customers present in the shop always take priority over the phone during busy times but if you leave a message we will call you back.
- We usually aim to turn repair work around in three working days if possible. This time frame may be extended for the festival week and possibly into the following week.
Business, Website and Education IT Support Customers:
- Business and Education IT support onsite visits will be unavailable festival week only.
- Remote support services will be done in chunks of time throughout the day, we will continue to respond within the 24-hour time frame for our Business Level one, Two and Three’ support customers and education faculty partners. Onsite visits may have to be scheduled for the following week unless critical in nature.
