The Repair Process:
Step 2: Assessment
First things first, we will assess your device and provide you with a quotation before any works are carried out.
Step 3: Repair
Once authorised, the repair will be completed to the highest standard. We will contact you once its ready to collect.
All mobile device repairs are covered by a 3 month warranty as standard.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- “How long does a repair take?”
- We aim to complete repairs and have the device ready for collection within 72 hours. In most cases we are unable to offer same day repairs as all works are completed in our off-site workshop for insurance reasons. It should also be noted that in some cases a repair may be delayed if we are waiting for replacement parts.
- “Which models and brands do you repair?”
- The short answer: All makes and models. The long answer: although we are happy to look at all mobile phones, some older devices may be deemed uneconomical to repair. If this is the case we will usually catch such cases during the booking in process.
- “Do you repair smart watches?”
- Yes we can repair glass on smart watches and replace batteries.
- “Do you need my device passcode or PIN number?”
- This depends entirely on the nature of the repair. For some repairs, eg camera replacement, we will need to boot your phone in order to test the device. If we are just replacing a battery then we will not need your device PIN number.

After pouring a cup of coffee on my laptop (dont ask) and tipping it immediately upside down I hoped for the best but no, definitely damaged, black screen etc. I took it into Zen; they were very sympathetic and they hoped to help. First of all changed the mother board and then we could see if it did the job. OMG it worked! It was away for about a week but I went from hating my stupidity to eternally grateful for their care, communications and work.
