Consistently great service. They are very knowledgable in many atreas of computing, regardless if it's Mac or PC. They have regularly fixed and upgraded various computers for me. They always let me know the progress of repairs/upgrades and finish the job pretty quickly. Prices are very reasonable. I would unreservedly recommend them.

Super helpful staff and really efficient service

I've been a zen customer for years. They're, friendly, reliable and good at their job. They've not only repaired my laptops, but I usually do part-ex for my next computer at reasonable rates. Much better to deal in person than risk so called 'cheap offers', online.

Really great service, Bios battery replaced on an old laptop without any drama. Bought a new Dell laptop and docking station from Zen, all sorts of odd issues Blue Screens, fans switching on and of on the docking station. Simon and the team preserved with finding the faults including involving Dell several times. Now all perfect, nothing was too much trouble and extremely professional at every step.
