After pouring a cup of coffee on my laptop (dont ask) and tipping it immediately upside down I hoped for the best but no, definitely damaged, black screen etc. I took it into Zen; they were very sympathetic and they hoped to help. First of all changed the mother board and then we could see if it did the job. OMG it worked! It was away for about a week but I went from hating my stupidity to eternally grateful for their care, communications and work. All my data was saved and I gave myself a stern reminder to look after it better. Can totally recommend Zen as the expert help. Thank you Zen 🙂
