Meet Our Team
Ray is based in Glastonbury, though often out on site with our education and business customers.
Co-owner, Ray is our resident network guru and presides over Zen’s growing number of business contracts.
Ray’s background is network management in multi-academy trusts; he has had an interest in networks and
operating systems for over twenty years.

Simon is Zen’s co-owner ‘web guy’ and serious about WordPress and PHP perfection.
With dozens of websites and more contracts coming in over time.
Usually found at our Glastonbury branch, Simon also provides IT support,
consultations and helps with network installs.

Dylan is the most recent addition to the Zen team. He has around 15 years experience in web development,
and general ICT consultancy. Outside of work he’s a keen photographer, mountain biker, gardener,
and an amature 3d printing enthusiast.

Sam works in our Glastonbury Zen Computer Shop branch and has been regularly complemented on his exemplary
customer service skills. Sam also performs repairs and the occasional call out when not working in Zen Computer
Shop. Sam is working on an open university degree in Engineering and Computer Science when not at work.

Cadan started work with Zen in September 2021. Cadan is our apprentice and says he is thoroughly enjoying
his new job. Cadan has had an interest in technology and ‘how things work’ since he was very young and has
taken to his new workshop trainee role like one of Jon’s ducks to water! Cadan likes gaming on his home
PC and socialising with friends when not working at Zen.
