I popped into the shop today as my phone wouldn’t charge anymore. The really nice man cleared a blockage in the charging port and works as normal now! Thank you so much! He was very kind and so helpful ❤️

I recently got in touch with Zen about adding more RAM to my laptop. I had a really good response to my initial query, dropped off the laptop, picked up a few hours later and they gave me a quick run through what they had cleaned up to improve performance. Brilliant service, and saved me a trip to Bristol! Thank you!

I took in a phone disabled by malware, and Sam had it sorted and back to normal in just a few minutes. Couldn't ask for better service.

Saved for a 2nd time! After pouring a cup of coffee on my laptop (dont ask) and tipping it immediately upside down I hoped for the best but no, definitely damaged, black screen etc. I took it into Zen; they were very sympathetic and they hoped to help. First of all changed the mother board and then we could see if it did the job. OMG it worked! It was away for about a week but I went from hating my stupidity to eternally grateful for their care, communications and work. All my data was saved and I gave myself a stern reminder to look after it better. Can totally recommend Zen as the expert help. Thank you Zen 🙂

I have used Zen several times and will always recommend them. Their service is faultless, clear communication, great explanations to non tech people and have never failed to repair or recover any computer I have taken to them.
