Zen now offer local and accessible technical support over phone, email, remote control of your computer or in person. We offer three ‘level’s of support starting with our Everyday Support at just £9.99 per month. If you opt for a one off payment to cover the first yer, we’ll discount the price so you get two months free.
Everyday Support Plan:
Pick up the phone and speak with someone about your technical problem safe in the knowledge we’re looking out for your best interests. We’ll do everything possible to get to the heart of the issue quickly to find a speedy solution to get your email, printer, Windows 10, Mac or whatever it is back to 100% working order. The annual plan provides 120 minutes of support. This can be used minute by minute as and when you need it. Most our home user support calls are resolved within 5 – 10 minutes. Operating hours are 9am to 5pm weekdays and 10am to 2pm Saturdays. Email support may be provided outside these hours but we can’t guarantee this.
Everyday Support Plan fees: £9.99 Per month or £100 per year one off payment.
Enhanced Cover Plan:
All the benefits of our Everyday Support Plan with added full blown Anti Virus Software included. We will install Eset Security and link this to a secure online server where we can monitor the health of your PC in real time. Completely secure and absolutely without risk to your data we only monitor potential hardware or malicious software problems on your PC and have no access to your data. The Enhanced Cover Plan gives total peace of mind in the midst of a fast paced digital world.
Enhanced Cover Plan Fees: £11.99 per month or £120 per year on off payment.
Platinum Complete Plan:
All the benefits of the Everyday and Enhanced plans plus an annual service for up to two devices. These could be Laptops, Desktops, or Macs*. We even offer collection and delivery for our Platinum Complete customers if you live within a 5 mile radius of our Glastonbury shop for a small additional Fee**
£15.99 per month or £160 per year one off payment.

We’re experienced with all of the common everyday issues that crop up. Save money by resolving issues before they become acute.
