Zen have delivered IT support to local schools since our inception back in 2016.
We’ve very proud to support local schools’ computer systems and enjoy a good working relationship with teaching and support staff who work in our partner schools.
Recently we helped a local school with their faulty server. This server had suffered a complete disk negatively failure impacting on teaching and leaving staff and children unable to us their IT system. After a survey of the system there, Zen engineers quickly sourced a replacement server at a very reasonable price. We quickly took care of all aspects of the install for the school (a local Junior school in Glastonbury area) including Microsoft Volume Licensing; A Microsoft 365 Tenant (for email and SharePoint etc) was setup for the school and a link from the replacement onsite server to the 365-tenant configured to update every 30 minutes. This enabled the school to log in on their computers again and enjoy a new email system using the same logons. Working on planning from home was now as simple as logging onto a website and all the Internet security and backups taken care of by Zen.
