Warranty Information

At Zen Computers, we stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty policy is as follows:

  • Machines valued at £100 or less come with a 30-day return-to-base warranty.*
  • Machines valued at less than £300 include a 90-day return-to-base warranty.*
  • Machines valued at £300 or more are covered by a 12-month return-to-base warranty. Additionally, these machines include a lifetime (5-year) parts warranty, meaning that if a component fails, you only pay for the replacement part—labour costs for installation are covered.*

*Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Please note that warranties do not cover data loss.

Antivirus & Internet Security

Ensuring your device is secure while online is essential.

All of our Windows machines come with Windows Defender enabled, providing robust protection for most users. However, for those who prefer additional security or greater ease of mind, we recommend the following premium solutions:

  • ESET – A leading European cybersecurity provider offering comprehensive antivirus and internet security solutions. ESET is available for Windows and macOS.
  • Malwarebytes – Advanced anti-malware software designed to detect and remove threats. Available for Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, and iOS.

As an authorized partner of both ESET and Malwarebytes, Zen Computers can supply licenses at competitive prices. Contact us to inquire about purchasing a license.
