From the very start with raising a ticket about replacing the HD on my mac with an Ssd they where on the ball and very professional.

The price they quoted was the price I paid, no extras which you can get when taking kit in to get repaired. They even gave cheaper options too, so not ripping the customer off.

From dropping the mac up to getting in my hand was quick, alas not as quick as mac mac booting up now 😁 wish I had done it sooner.

Zen Computer Shop is the tops!! I first found Zen in Glastonbury through a friend and for me, even better than being PC experts, they understood MACs!! I have always had excellent service - fast and reliable and with a smile.
At the beginning of 2019 Zen opened a new shop in Wells much to my advantage - now the shop is just down the road.
A little note to finish. More than a repair shop it's good to be able to talk to people who are up to date with future developments in the IT world.

Had a screen issue with an early iMac and went to Zen Computers never having used them before. I have to commend them on their friendly and efficient service. I had feared the worst that it may have been terminal but not only do they use someone with an exceptional knowledge of Apple computers but they resolved a few other issues and it has come back to me and now works better than ever. Great service deserves to be acknowledged.

Ray and the guys at Zen were so good & efficient. Within 3 days they were able to replace the screen on my MacBook, at a significantly lower cost that I had been previously quoted elsewhere. They were so good at communication and I wholeheartedly would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Zen!

My attempts to fix our computer and printer failed badly so I contacted Dave at Zen computers town Street Shepton Mallet. I was impressed with his friendly, down to earth advice and arranged to have the system tested at his shop yesterday. Dave phoned this afternoon to say that the computer was fixed and a new printer purchased and installed. The computer system is now home and fully operational again, all with a minimum of disruption. I am very happy to recommend Zen computer repairs

THE BEST! Took my Macbook Pro in this morning with a faulty battery and it was repaired and back to me by the afternoon. Not only are the staff quick to respond via email, but they are helpful in store and I can't fault their service at all. My follow-up phone call about a separate issue was answered in depth and I'm very grateful for their quick service. Thank you!

Amazing service! Having decided I needed a monitor to improve my homeworking set up, I contacted Zen via email at the end of my working day. A reply was waiting for me the following morning, which I followed up with a quick phone call for some compatibility advice. Zen confirmed they had the required monitor in stock and by early afternoon the same day it was delivered. Great to have amazing local companies like Zen: free expert advice and delivery same day - who needs Amazon!
