Really great service, Bios battery replaced on an old laptop without any drama. Bought a new Dell laptop and docking station from Zen, all sorts of odd issues Blue Screens, fans switching on and of on the docking station. Simon and the team preserved with finding the faults including involving Dell several times. Now all perfect, nothing was too much trouble and extremely professional at every step.
