Really great service, Bios battery replaced on an old laptop without any drama. Bought a new Dell laptop and docking station from Zen, all sorts of odd issues Blue Screens, fans switching on and of on the docking station. Simon and the team preserved with finding the faults including involving Dell several times. Now all perfect, nothing was too much trouble and extremely professional at every step.

Fantastic service. They put me at ease that they would be able to fix my laptop. They kept me up to date with the progress and fixed it in a relatively quick turn around, understanding my needs. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Took my laptop in hoping they could recover some data I'd accidentally overwritten with old files. They had it for a while and tried everything they could, even sending the hard drive to a data recovery specialist, but unfortunately it was just not there to find. This was of course no fault of theirs, and I really appreciated how hard they tried. Every time I spoke to them, from when I took it in, to the quite a few times we spoke on the phone while they had the laptop, they were patient, understanding, and a pleasure to speak with. The price was also reasonable, and while I would of course have preferred to get my data back (again, not their fault), I was very happy with service they provided. I highly recommend Zen Computers!

Zen have sorted out issues I have had with my apple mac book each time with great efficiency. The customer service is friendly and I highly recomend Zen Computers.

Would highly recommend. My macbook was damaged for years and I had been struggling to find anywhere decent to fix it for a good price, I came across Zen computers in Glastonbury and they were fantastic. Fantastic help with my laptop from Zen Computer Shop today - I couldn't get into my email and was in a panic. I phoned them when the shop opened and they said, 'Bring it in'. Within an hour it was fixed and for a very reasonable charge.

Super helpful and genuine people! The computer I bought at first didn't actually feel right for my needs. Sam was so great and found me another one that was perfect and that I could swap it for. I'm so impressed with this service. I am not a tech person and would have been totally clueless if I had to search for one myself! Highly recommend these guys.
