Warranty
- Machines with a value of £100 or less are subject to a 30 day return to base warranty*.
- Machines with a value of less than £300 subject to 90 day return to base warranty*.
- Machines with a value of £300 or more are subject to a 12 month return to base warranty. All machines with a 12 month warranty are also subject to a lifetime (5 year) parts warranty; where should a component fail, you will only pay for the replacement part and we wont charge you the labour to fit it*.
*Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Warranties do not cover loss of data.

Technical Support
You are more than welcome to call us, on 01458 899845, raise a ticket, or pop into one of our stores to ask any questions you may have about your new machine and one of our helpful staff will be able to advise you. We are open from 10am until 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Please be aware we do limit these sessions to 10 minutes free over the counter. If you need more time with us we can book a 20 minute support session where we can address any issues.
We understand commitments such as work can make it difficult for you to contact us for support during business hours, so if you require out of hours support please contact us as we may be able to help.
